Nine Coliving, Tenerife

Nine is one of the earliest coliving spaces in Europe. After 4 years of successful operations, we reconfigured the communal areas giving space to a new kitchen that is able to accommodate 15 colivers. Key elements of the design criteria were functionality, enhanced social interaction, and respect for the traditional Canarian building.
